Meditation

“Be still and know that I am God.”
(Psalm 46:10)

Are you interested in learning how to quiet your mind and how to become more centered in your daily life?

“Centering Prayer Meditation is a simple method of meditation, traditionally called contemplative prayer in Christianity. Contemplative Prayer is the opening of mind and heart – our whole being – to God, the Ultimate Mystery, beyond thoughts, words and emotions. The practice can offer a way to the rest in divine, calm and clarity to these hectic and pressure of daily life.”

We invite you to join one of our regular weekly group  Meditation Practice Sessions, held on Tuesday mornings and Friday evenings. All are free. Beginners are welcome!
