Please use this form to sign up to supply flowers for the altar. Be sure to check the calendar first to make sure that the Sunday you’d like is open.

Note: If you are trying to order a poinsettia for the Christmas altar, please go here.

You will receive a confirmation email, your request will be entered on our calendar, and our flower manager will be notified.
