Benefit Concert

June 4, 2017 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Susan Thieme, mezzo-soprano, will perform a solo recital in Cole Hall as part of the ‘Friends of FUMC’ recital series.  The program will feature selections from Handel’s Messiah, Rossini’s Stabat Mater, Bizet’s Carmen, and more. A reception will follow the concert, also in Cole Hall.

Susan appeared as a guest soloist for the May 7 church service at FUMC in a gorgeous performance.

Admission to the recital is free and all are welcome.

A free-will offering may be made, via donation jar near the door, with 100% of proceeds benefitting Freedom House, a non-profit agency providing shelter and support for victims of human trafficking.  More details will follow soon!
