Hospitality, Worship, Discernment Committees & Choir

Valerie McLauchlan

Valerie McLauchlan has been singing in the church choir since coming to FUMC in 1989. Since recently mostly-retiring after owning her own sign business, she has had more time to support the church’s hospitality and worship, and leads a Discernment group to plan for the future of the church property. Valerie’s love of baking and entertaining comes in handy when hosting church events. Her husband, Tom, also sings in the choir and is active in church leadership on Trustees, and together they have been enjoying traveling, and discovering the joys of little grandchildren.
